ORDERING
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Contact us as soon as you can. If your order hasn’t moved too far along, we’ll always do our best to help.
DELIVERY
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?
All UK deliveries are tracked. Tracking details are sent by email once your order has been dispatched. Standard UK Delivery is £3.99 and internationally dispatched products typically arrive in approximately 7–14 days. Eligible UK-stocked products use UK Express Delivery at £5.99 and we aim for approximately 1–3 working days.
DO YOU OFFER FREE DELIVERY?
Yes. FREE Standard UK Delivery applies on orders over £50 where the standard delivery service applies. Available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout.
WHY MIGHT MY ORDER ARRIVE IN MORE THAN ONE PARCEL?
Some products are stocked by us in the UK and some are dispatched directly from our international suppliers. If your order contains products from different locations, they may arrive separately and at different times. You will not be charged extra simply because your order is split into more than one parcel.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
CAN I RETURN SOMETHING?
Yes — we offer a 30-day returns policy. Items should be unworn, unused and have the original tags attached. For ordinary change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return postage. Your statutory rights are not affected.
DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like another size, colour or style, return the original item in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy and place a new order.

HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE?
Use our Size Guide as a starting point. Ages are a guide only, so measuring where possible is always best.
