OVERVIEW
Welcome to Little Trendsetters.
The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Little Trendsetters Ltd.
Little Trendsetters Ltd operates this website and online store, including the information, content, features, products and services available through it (the “Services”).
Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services to you.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the terms that apply when you access our website, use our Services or purchase products from Little Trendsetters.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms together with the policies referred to within them, including our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. USING OUR WEBSITE
Our website and online shopping services are intended to be used by adults.
Although Little Trendsetters sells products for babies and children, purchases should be made by an adult who is legally capable of entering into a contract.
When using our Services or placing an order, you agree that the information you provide to us is accurate, current and complete.
If you create a customer account, you are responsible for keeping your account details and password secure.
You must not allow another person to use your account without your permission or use another person's account without their permission.
2. OUR PRODUCTS
We make every reasonable effort to describe and display our products accurately.
However, colours and appearance can vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, lighting and photography.
Measurements and sizing information are provided to help you choose the most suitable size. Where an item has a particular fit, such as an oversized style, we may provide additional guidance on the relevant product page or Size Guide.
Age recommendations are intended as a guide only because, as every mum knows, little ones don't always grow according to the label.
Product descriptions, availability and ranges may change from time to time.
We may discontinue products or limit quantities where reasonably necessary.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal requirements.
3. ORDERS
When you submit an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
After placing an order, you will normally receive an acknowledgement or confirmation by email.
A binding contract between you and Little Trendsetters is formed when we accept your order.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- A product is unavailable.
- There has been an obvious pricing or product-description error.
- Payment cannot be authorised.
- We reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
- We are unable to deliver to the address provided.
- Applicable law prevents us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount.
Please check your order carefully before submitting it.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@littletrendsetters.co.uk.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once processing has begun.
Your statutory cancellation rights and our additional returns arrangements are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Product prices will be displayed on our website.
The price payable will normally be the price shown when you place your order, subject to correction of obvious errors where permitted by law.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed before you complete checkout.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information.
Payment must be successfully authorised before we can process an order.
From time to time, we may offer promotional prices, discount codes or other offers.
Promotions may have their own terms, eligibility requirements and expiry dates.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. DELIVERY
Available delivery options and applicable charges are displayed on our website and/or during checkout.
Where delivery times are provided, they are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise.
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the stated timeframe.
Sometimes circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays. Where this happens, we'll do our best to keep affected customers informed where appropriate.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any delivery rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Further information is available on our Delivery & Returns page.
6. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Our returns arrangements are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Little Trendsetters provides a 30-day returns policy, subject to the conditions explained in that policy.
UK customers may also have statutory rights to cancel certain online purchases.
These statutory rights are separate from and are not reduced by our additional returns policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits your legal rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or not fit for purpose.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the content available through the Little Trendsetters website—including our branding, logos, graphics, photography, written content, product presentation, website design and other original materials—is owned by or licensed to Little Trendsetters Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

- Create misleading copies of our website or brand.
- Remove copyright, trademark or ownership notices.
Third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.
8. CUSTOMER REVIEWS, COMMENTS AND CONTENT
We genuinely value customer feedback—good and bad—because it helps us understand what works for mums and little ones and, just as importantly, what doesn't.
If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion or other content to Little Trendsetters, you confirm that you have the right to submit it.
You must not submit content that:
- Is unlawful.
- Infringes another person's rights.

- Unlawfully contains another person's personal information.
Where you submit content for publication on our website or social channels, you grant us permission to use, reproduce and display that content for purposes connected with operating and promoting Little Trendsetters, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
We may moderate or remove submitted content where reasonably necessary.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Our website may use or link to services operated by third parties.
These may include payment providers, delivery services, social-media services, review platforms and other technologies used to operate our store.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for websites or services that we do not own or control.
Please review the relevant third party's terms before using its services where appropriate.
10. SHOPIFY
Little Trendsetters is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to operate our online store.
Any purchase you make through the Little Trendsetters store is made from Little Trendsetters Ltd, not Shopify.
Shopify may process information relating to your use of our store in order to provide its ecommerce services.

Occasionally, our website may contain an error relating to matters such as:
- Product descriptions.
- Pricing.

- Promotions.
- Delivery information.
- Sizing or measurements.
We may correct errors and update information when they are identified.
If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will deal with the situation fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer law.
13. ACCEPTABLE USE
You must not use our website or Services:
- For unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
- To infringe our or another person's intellectual-property rights.
- To harass, threaten or abuse another person.

- To scrape, reproduce or commercially exploit our website in an unauthorised manner.
We may restrict access to our Services where reasonably necessary to protect Little Trendsetters, our customers or other users.
14. AVAILABILITY OF OUR WEBSITE
We aim to keep our website available and working properly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
We may occasionally need to suspend, update or maintain parts of the website.
We are not responsible for interruptions caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, subject always to rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
15. OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Your statutory consumer rights.
- Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
If you are a consumer, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was formed.
Our products and Services are provided for personal and domestic use. We are not responsible for business losses arising from consumer purchases, including loss of profits, business interruption or loss of business opportunity, except where the law requires otherwise.
16. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL
We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
These may include disruption to transport networks, postal or courier services, telecommunications, utilities, severe weather, natural disasters, industrial action or other events that we could not reasonably prevent.
This does not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded.
17. TERMINATION OR RESTRICTION OF ACCESS
We may suspend or restrict access to our website where we reasonably believe a user has seriously breached these Terms, acted unlawfully, attempted fraud or created a security risk.
Provisions that by their nature should continue after access ends—including provisions relating to intellectual property, liability and applicable law—will continue to apply.
18. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
19. WAIVER
If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we have waived our right to enforce it later.
20. TRANSFERRING THESE TERMS
We may transfer our rights or obligations under these Terms where permitted by law, provided doing so does not reduce your rights.
You may only transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms where we agree or where applicable law permits you to do so.
21. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any contract between you and Little Trendsetters Ltd are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
If you live in England or Wales, the courts of England and Wales will generally have jurisdiction.
If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also have rights to bring proceedings in the courts applicable to where you live.
Nothing in this section removes any mandatory legal rights available to you as a consumer.
22. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, Services or applicable law.
The latest version will be available on our website.
Where appropriate or legally required, we will provide notice of material changes.
Changes will not unfairly remove rights relating to orders already placed.
